Sunday Funday People.
I had a fantastic weekend, I got to eat Fish n Chips on the beach, see both my nephews and my niece (if I saw Sophia, it would have been a perfect weekend).
Lucas is down for the weekend and I had Ash-Rose for the night on Friday so we spent Saturday morning visiting Thomas and Henry, playing on the trampoline, the sand pit, eating cake and walking to the park. Perfecto.
After our visit we headed to see Lucas and had Fish n Chips on Edithvale beach.
It was a tad windy. Exhibit A above.
Seagulls are like the Piranhas of the sea.
Throwing chips to them was actually pretty insane when we realised they were willing to kill each other for a chip. We had an experiment where Lucas lay down on the sand and we threw the chips on him but they were not willing to get too close.
What is more delicious? That's right, nothing.
Henry in fine form. How do you not love that face?
I taste like chocolate hot cross buns. He told me so.
Warms my heart.
The path to cuteness perhaps?
Weekend Casual.
Levi jeans, Target tunic, Haviana thongs, Chanel glasses, Louis Vuitton bag.
Jax Teller has been keeping me company this week. Mmmmmhmmmmmm.
I'm very slowly working my way through my new polishes, after Essie are all tried I will be on to China Glaze which arrived last week.
This is Essie - Funny Face.
It's pretty much an exact dupe for 'OPI - I'm Indi-a Mood for Love'.
I've spent all day doing fun stuff like buying hot cross buns, cleaning, bleaching my arm hairs and painting my nails.
I also got stopped by a homeless man and this is how the conversation went:
HM: "As you can tell by my suitcase, I am from Johannesburg and I am hungry"
Me: "Okay.... My brother lives in Joburg!"
HM: "Death Stare"
Me: "Okay so you want money?"
HM: "Yes. I told you, I am hungry"
I gave him $3.50 - all of the money in my wallet
HM: "This is not enough!!!!!!"
Me: "The correct response would be, Thank You. If it is not enough you can give it back."
He just looked away.
Seriously, I have no qualms with giving homeless people money. Living in the CBD, I get asked at least 3 times a day whilst walking home and I usually give, depending on if they are mean or rude or not.
I just don't understand why some feel the need to be so rude and ungrateful "This is not enough".
No wonder so many people just walk on by and ignore them.
My Cotton On jeans have stretched like.... oh wait, that would be an inappropriate joke. Never mind.
I'm going to go back and get the size down and hope that after a days wear they fit perfectly as they were a little snug.
Here I am last week eating a Lite n Easy biscuit. It tasted like cardboard.
In other news, I was eating an easter egg before and only ate half of it and now seem to have lost the other half. I hope it's not melted all over my back....
