Good Friday

I hope everyone had a great Good Friday!! I know that I did.

I'm actually still in bed as I write this. It is 12:23pm. This is the life.

I have to go and visit mum in the sticks today, but am not sure how I am going to find my way there with no GPS and if my phone loses reception I am screwed.

Here are some photos from yesterdays Good Friday celebrations, and you can be assured that it is very children photo heavy. What can I say, they are cuter than anything else.

I thought this silk skirt that I had made in Thailand would be the perfect Easter skirt as the color kind of reminds me of eggs, I don't even know why.

I paired with a Review top and Allannah Hill brooches, but the brooches came off before I even entered the house.

I also took off the polish in this photo (China Glaze - Ruby Pumps) and swapped to OPI I'm Indi-A mood for Love, to match my MAC Girl About Town lipstick.

Awkward photo. Too many people looking at me like "Why is that girl in the purple skirt standing in China Town having a photo taken?! Lame".

This is a gross photo  but you get the gist of the color. I want to get my lips plumped, this is true.
I have a not so irrational fear that I will look like Taylor Armstrong though.

Lips and Nails. Voila.

On to the good stuff. The food.

Seafood Mania.

I love me a good bug.

I don't waste valuable stomach space with salad, let it be said.

Robin, I know you are reading. Hi.
This was delicious!!

Straws for lipstick wearers and cute stirrers.

Now, on to the really good stuff.

Geefa about to hand Henry back as he starts grizzling. Suck it up Geef.

Thomas is quite the ladies man.
Henry looks on, learning from the best.

"Be Calm my Child, for now you are Blessed by Saint Henry"

The token adults.

Henry will be known as Spike from now on.

You have probably noticed I fail with children family portraits. You should see our wedding one, ultimate disaster.

I give it a good shot though.

Took my Nanna a pot plant.
Hopefully it survives...

Spent Friday night with Holly Pop, Cotton Socks & Kate.

See my bargain bag? Finally decided to use it.

We made grand plans for a road trip today but somebody (cough Holly cough) piked. There is always one yetti who pikes.
Slight hang over today. There was even an Easter Egg hunt set up by Cotton Socks. Too good!!

Anyway, enough procrastination. I need to hit the road. I am going to take my own pillow because you can never trust that someone else will have a suitable pillow.
