Lorna Jane & Berlei - Fitness {Video Post}

Thought that I would do a quick video post to answer a few questions that I get asked often such as "What do you wear when exercising" "What sports bras do you like" "What do you do to stay small" etc. 

I also have some lame workout tips in the video, ha. I'm not a professional so maybe don't follow my advice.

I think I might upload a video each Saturday if I can keep up with it!
I figure I will do Saturdays as it is easier for people to watch when at home rather than in the office. 

Why did it have to freeze on such a crazy face?! WHY, YouTube, WHY?!?! Me no crazy.

(Remember when I did my last post featuring some Lorna Jane work out wear? Oh, you don’t? Never mind, you can click HERE and read it again. I was contacted by Lorna Jane after that post and she sent me out the Georgia Sports Bra (back in January) in hope that it would be more supportive.
So lovely of her.It is definitely more supportive than the one I was wearing in my first post, but I think that a strapped in sports bra is more suited to my needs. I usually wear them underneath my crop tops.)

This song pumps me up every morning on my walk to the tram. 

It has basically been on repeat since I watched the Victoria's Secret Fashion Parade!

Apparently the "Bougie girl, grab her hand, fuck that bitch she don’t wanna dance" line is about 
Kim Kardashian when Prince pulled her on stage. 

Considering her an Ye' were meant to be bumping uglies back in the day... Ouch!

I was a bit slack and after slaving over the office tree, our own Christmas Tree was a tad deprived of love until yesterday.

I had decided to take advantage of the bargain bauble prices at Big W and to add some purple on to our tree, but now I am not sure if it was the right move...

There was also quite the scene at QV Big W yesterday with 3 or so little punks who were high on something or other causing trouble and putting up a fight for the big burly security guards. Quite the spectacle I tell you! Those little punks were dropping the C word like it was going out of fashion, seriously, in Big W?!

This is our tree now, but I just don't love it. Too messy. I really hate clusters, but am not about to put in any more effort to re do it. Don't mind the Lakers banner. It has prized position in our apartment!!

All of the new decorations that I got ranged in price from $1 - $4 so a bargain was had!

Along with Noel (insert The Husbands corny 'Who is Noel?' joke here), I also got Joy, Peace and Love in blue/white/purple.

Slightly over our star but I know that next year we will have a house, with a real tree and I will be buying all new decorations so no point rebuying now.

These bows were $3.94 for 2 and also came in pink and purple.

JettBlack, Trak & Chapellis

I don't know how I found the energy to go out on Saturday, after drinking both Thursday and Friday night, but I some how managed.

We started at JettBlack, then moved on to Trak (It was better this time, but it may have been because I was drunk and with excellent company) and ended up at Chapellis for a 5am feed.

Thank you Instagram for giving me the tan that I desperately needed!!

I wore this Victoria's Secret Dress

The only thing I dislike about this dress is that the ties around the waist go around to the back of the dress, and create a puffy bit around the stomach.

Still resting after busting out the booty pops like pro strippers.

The lens thingy on my camera won't move out of the way when I'm taking a photo unless I poke it with my fingers, so annoying. Considering it is a new camera, I am going to take it back to be fixed.

We randomly met up with some of Celeste & Vanessa's friends at Trak, and ended up going to Chapellis for a late night feed around 5am.
