Ice Cream Baby Mobile

Remember how my search for the perfect baby mobile was a fruitless effort?

Fear not as I had one custom made and it is seriously amazing.

Okay, it hasn't arrived yet but look at these photos and you will see I speak the truth.

I don't know why but I was fixated on an ice cream themed mobile and just would not rest until I had one so I contacted Laura from Creation Faeries (shop here) and asked if she would be able to custom make me one.

Despite Laura having never made an ice cream mobile, she nailed it!! 

I'm hungry just looking at it.

Sometimes you get so fixated on something and just need to bite the bullet, shell out the cash and have it made custom. This was one of those times and I am so glad I did it.  

 

I think this one is my favorite, less is more and all that jazz.

You can also have one custom made for $130 but shipping to Australia is pretty exxy at about $40 so it does add up. 

I will post photos taken by me when it arrives and I have it set up in the nursery. Yay.

Ice Creams By The Water

Sometimes all you need on a nice day is a walk along the beach and some gelati with the one you love.

We happened to be in Geelong on this day, and Eastern Beach is not my favorite so we just got gelati and called it a day after a very brief stroll/waddle.  

I really wanted to go on the ferris wheel but somebody didn't want to.

One day, I will get him on a ride. 

This dress is definitely not flattering but it is ridiculously comfortable so I can forgive it. 

The Husband matches his food to his clothing apparently. He does it quite well I might add.

I can never finish an ice cream or gelati. 

I never even make it to the cone. I think I just get bored and give up.
