Anyway, back on topic.

I won these deluxe samples of Benefits new skin care line, B.right from Marlo Perry's blog, A Fatal Attraction to Cuteness.

Even if these were crapola, I would buy them purely for the packaging!!!

Heavy based jars which are cute enough to have on display.

The full sized products have cork lids.

Whilst I have not yet tryed these products properly, I am already loving the refreshing smell and cute packaging.

The Wild comes to NGV

Whilst walking home from work tonight I spotted these awesome glowing Animals in the fountain areas in front of the NGV.

I don't know which exhibition they belong to, but I love them!!!

So cute.
People were looking at me like I am insane in the membrane whilst standing there taking photos.

Do you ever wonder how much cashola is at the bottom of these fountains?

QV.... and chux?

Here are my two most commonly used skin care items.

QV Gentle Wash and QV Creaam

Why is there a Chux Microfibre cloth on the same page, I hear you ask?

I'm going to become a joiner and join the craze of using a cleaning microfibre to wash my delicate skin.

After reading about in on VF for ages, I thought I would give it a whirl.

What? Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry, Dusting but no 'Cleansing face' option?

Say it aint so.

I washed my face with the QV wash as usual, and then gently buffed my skin with the cloth.

This morning my skin looked so fresh and was nearly glowing. I say nearly, because my skin is still a little dull.

Has anyone else used this method? Did it work for you?

How to not be lady like whilst eating.

You know that feeling after a few glasses of champagne when it feels as if you can no longer work your jaw and manage to chew properly?

This is me experiencing that feeling last week. The other ladies were smart and ordered risotto. Not me. When this bad boy arrived I had no recollection of even ordering it, and knew that I was going to have a struggle on my hands.

Of course, someone felt the urge to capture my jaw expanding like a snake eating a small child.

In the end, it ended up all over my lap and not in my stomach.

These pictures were published in W Magazine and she was distraught as she was told that her breasts and bum would be covered by art pieces..

Seriously? How does it just sit there?!

I don't believe the butt augmentation rumours for one second either.

Kim Kardashian & Kris Humphries

So, the news has broken that after spending the last 6 months together, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are engaged to be wed!

Kris plays NBA for the New Jersey Nets, (how unfortunate, but better than Toronto Raptors), I wonder if he gets on with Lamar?

Kris proposed to Kim, on bended knee with the words Will You Marry Me spelt out in rose petals on her bed (if you watch the show, you will know how anal she is, hope the petals did not stain!) and presented her with a 16.5-carat emerald cut center stone, flanked by a pair of 2-carat trapezoids which he had designed by Lorraine Schwartz.

What a beautiful stone!

I hope she keeps it this way, unlike Khloe who has added numerous halos to hers!

Baby Got Back

Burlesque

My bridesmaids/sisters are throwing me a Burlesque themed hens night, at my request.

Originally I was going to get a sequin corset dress number, but after finding this beautiful lace corset at Pleasure State I have decided to get it instead.

I think it will work perfectly with the theme, and given my penchant for exquisite lingere this is the perfect excuse to buy it.

I will wear it with a little black skirt, stockings (either fishnet or back seamed) and I am having my hair and make up done by a make up artist who specialises in burlesque. I think that I want to have a Dita von Teese look rather than completely over the top burlesque though.

These photos were taken in the Myer dressing room, and not all of the hook and eyes are done up as I asked the sales assistant and she only did half.

The Layering Continues

The layering of clothes to create new outfits and stay warm without spending money that does not need to be spent!

In the colder months I really can't be bothered trying to be 'stylish' at all.

I start a Boot Camp tonight, I'm pretty excited but am scared that I will be completly useless.
